About Pawtice
Pawtice is free rescue management software built by people who understand the operational challenges of running an animal rescue organization. Our mission is to give rescue coordinators the tools they need to save more animals without burning themselves out.
Our Story
Pawtice was founded by Jeff, who came up through the military and spent years in QA, insurance, and procurement — industries where a missed detail or a broken process has real consequences. He learned early that the difference between an organization that thrives and one that struggles usually is not effort or commitment. It is systems.
When he turned his attention to animal rescue, he saw the same pattern everywhere: passionate, dedicated people held back by the same operational gaps he had spent his career solving. Coordinators running networks of fosters out of text threads and spreadsheets. Vaccine records lost in email chains. Animals falling through the cracks: not from lack of care, but from lack of infrastructure.
He built Pawtice to close that gap, bringing the same operational rigor that keeps supply chains and quality programs running to the people doing one of the most important jobs there is. Pawtice launched in 2025 and has been growing ever since.

Pawtice exists to give animal rescue organizations the operational infrastructure they need to save more animals. We believe technology should not be a barrier to animal welfare work. That is why our core platform is free forever for small rescues, no credit card required.
