Why was Pawtice created?: Pawtice was created because rescue coordinators were drowning in spreadsheets, Facebook groups, and email threads. Existing shelter software was not built for foster-based rescues or rescue networks. We built Pawtice from scratch with coordinators, not adapted from shelter software.

Do you offer mission-driven pricing for nonprofits?: Yes. Pawtice offers 35% reduced pricing for registered 501(c)(3) organizations. Apply after signup with your IRS determination letter. Verification takes about one business day.

Is my rescue's data private and secure?: Your data is stored securely and is only accessible to members of your organization. Pawtice never sells or shares your rescue's animal or volunteer data with third parties. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
